Established in 1993, Purchasing Systems Limited (PSL) is a leader in fresh food procurement in the UK with an integrated approach to procurement, operations and systems support.
Previously reliant on spreadsheets and manual interventions, PSL were burdened by administration and had no single view over their data. This led to business inefficiencies and a hinderance to company vision and strategy.
What we did
In 2011 PSL approached Click to streamline their rebate management processes. Within six months, we delivered a bespoke solution that exceeded the initial objectives and formed the bedrock of what has grown into a fully enterprise solution – centralising data and transforming efficiencies and growth in all areas of PSL’s business.

Backed by robust systems and a single view of their data, PSL has been able to innovate rapidly and deliver market-leading cost saving solutions to their clients. These client systems, developed for PSL by Click, include Recipe, Allergen Management and Procure to Pay solutions to help drive client savings and efficiencies.
The adoption of Click’s bespoke software solutions played an important role in the sale of PSL to Sodexo in 2016.
